COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth Rexroth BTV20.2SA-28B-33C-D-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Accelerometer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ipc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Accelerometer such as the 3711D1FA3G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S21112270 manufactured by Ipc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ipc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XBTNREQ3866G by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Xycom Brand VL50LR60579 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Iei such as S12ASRR116XR21S12ASR equipment made by Iei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SM10120 made by General-Electric as well as the popular 190000050 original spares produced by Adept Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XBTFC084510 by Telemecanique and S12ASRR116XR21S12ASR spares by Iei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VTM804 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kernel-Sistemi-Vtm804. |
