COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth Rexroth BTV20.2SA-28B-33C-D-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Windings-Inc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the SOI260AL040NP2X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 459666005H manufactured by Amp and we are pleased to be able to service most Amp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature w120 by Manufacturer Windings-Inc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand XBTZGM32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nada-Electronics such as TP640KR equipment made by Nada-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nada-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nada-Electronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VT213W20110000LR made by Vartech as well as the popular VT150P04P1CS03 original spares produced by Vartech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 22DJ9 by Allen-bradley and TP640KR spares by Nada-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 440LP4J0320YDA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
