COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth RGBF-02R12-502-C77 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rheonik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rockwell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rheonik such as the Rhm spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 96431892A01 manufactured by Rockwell and we are pleased to be able to service most Rockwell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3051CD4A02A1AA1242H2M5 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 2120F4GR1E5YE0560STR2336 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rosemount such as 2140AHA1ES1NNNA00001NA equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D0091486 made by Ricoh as well as the popular 2051TG3A2B21AS5B4M5Q4 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0078R25C30A050T26E5Q8 by Rosemount and 2140AHA1ES1NNNA00001NA spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
