COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth REXROTH 4WRPNH6C3B04L-20/M/24PA6A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saftronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rockwell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R911274755 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMRG5U2011 manufactured by Saftronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Saftronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1394CAM75C by Manufacturer Rockwell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand SEWDBG11B08 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as ATV31H037M2037KW22 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SFD212MG4WD07 made by Schneider as well as the popular BMH1003P16A1A original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDX61B00555A3400 by Sew and ATV31H037M2037KW22 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV212HU75M3X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
