COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth RAC2.3-250-460-L-PO-W1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the ATV61WU75N4U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCF40A01105A3400MCF40A00 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SFD212NG2YD07 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand SFD212GG2WD07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rockwell such as 1394CAM75C equipment made by Rockwell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rockwell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rockwell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDX60A00405A3400 made by Sew as well as the popular MKD112B024KPOLN original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4S56Q08254S4S56Q08254S by Saehan-Electronics and 1394CAM75C spares by Rockwell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PZ9A300UXXXC01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo. |
