COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth R911307944 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge-Tigear product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the PMB32C0010000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PE21R6ZE manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q175B015M056K1 by Manufacturer Dodge-Tigear as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand R46HENAR2NSNV02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as R600T100L84 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R88DRA05 made by Omron as well as the popular PS90638PLSS4074 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R47R37DT71C44RPM by Sew and R600T100L84 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PK264A2SG36 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Folungwin. |
