COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth R185343210 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rockford-Ball-Screw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robohand product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rockford-Ball-Screw such as the 888973 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R43202705 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DLT25LB5VS by Manufacturer Robohand as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rohtek Brand cMT372 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robicon such as 469150 equipment made by Robicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DDI125 made by Rogers as well as the popular RCS2SA5CA206150T2M original spares produced by Robo-Cylinder Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1151DP4S22B1M7S2Q4 by Rosemount and 469150 spares by Robicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2120D5RV1NADE0165 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
