COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth R185342360 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rohtek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rohtek such as the cMT3090 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051S1TG3A2EA11A1ADA manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1199BHB35APFW21AV000 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rofin Brand RCULX500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rice-Lake such as 189160 equipment made by Rice-Lake have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rice-Lake products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rice-Lake" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 300S1AFK5M5 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 460F6005I original spares produced by Robicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0078N13N00N135 by Rosemount and 189160 spares by Rice-Lake are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051S1CG4A2F12A1AD2K6M5Q4A1003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
