COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth R165341420 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 0078D25C30C040T22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R17120010 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LM10IC001AA15F0M by Manufacturer Rls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robicon Brand 460K4802 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rorze such as RD026MSA equipment made by Rorze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rorze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rorze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CP6522010 made by Rittal as well as the popular 460F60 original spares produced by Robicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RL20000B15K by Rice and RD026MSA spares by Rorze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051CA0A22A1AB415M5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
