COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth R165141410 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rla products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemont parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rice product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rla such as the HYME525X17E1SM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 473993 manufactured by Rosemont and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemont systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RL20000A15K by Manufacturer Rice as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rheonik Brand Rhm in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rice-Lake such as 189169 equipment made by Rice-Lake have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rice-Lake products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rice-Lake" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD093BN030N2L110PB0 made by Rexroth as well as the popular 6522 original spares produced by Rittal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 189179 by Rice-Lake and 189169 spares by Rice-Lake are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MGSW1600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Roboteq. |
