COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth R165141320 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Riegl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 2120D5RV1NADE0165 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LD904 manufactured by Riegl and we are pleased to be able to service most Riegl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2051T64A2B21AB4 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rollon Brand DEF280450 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robotron such as 5031032703 equipment made by Robotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robotron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available L01120011 made by Robicon as well as the popular 2051TG2X2B21PWA3WP5B4I5Q4Q8 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CSW1860 by Rollon-Roche and 5031032703 spares by Robotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1218480 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rodix. |
