COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth R164581341 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robohand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ricoh product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R90037495 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RR4690 manufactured by Robohand and we are pleased to be able to service most Robohand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R017306L480019A by Manufacturer Ricoh as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand R7771600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rice such as RL20000B15K equipment made by Rice have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rice products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rice" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RPW95705 made by Robohand as well as the popular HYME515X984863SMBHN1414 original spares produced by Rla Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 57711133 by Rimrock and RL20000B15K spares by Rice are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 461F1100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robicon. |
