COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth R162212220 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rorze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rollon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rohtek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rorze such as the R950953 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS431330 manufactured by Rollon and we are pleased to be able to service most Rollon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature cMT3151 by Manufacturer Rohtek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 0751AM2E5B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robotrol-Corp such as 2020222B equipment made by Robotrol-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robotrol-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robotrol-Corp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available X921211 made by Robohand as well as the popular R165342320 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6181CMEDBCZZZ by Rockwell and 2020222B spares by Robotrol-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 33G0000000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
