COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth R146530000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rorze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robocylinder parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rorze such as the RC420 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCPRMGDIM150MB manufactured by Robocylinder and we are pleased to be able to service most Robocylinder systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 460F60 by Manufacturer Robicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rockford-Ball-Screw Brand 888973 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rice-Lake such as PL9000144 equipment made by Rice-Lake have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rice-Lake products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rice-Lake" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R1513247572 made by Rexroth as well as the popular Mark original spares produced by Rhino-Robots Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 50320333 by Robotron and PL9000144 spares by Rice-Lake are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RILBS324DI16DIO16 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
