COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth R021M20815 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robohand products, including obsoleted and phased-out Roland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robox product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robohand such as the DLB25LB1VS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UDK60 manufactured by Roland and we are pleased to be able to service most Roland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ALIPWR by Manufacturer Robox as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand RGBF02R12502C77 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rice-Lake such as 30651 equipment made by Rice-Lake have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rice-Lake products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rice-Lake" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RR25180 made by Robohand as well as the popular RT17 original spares produced by Rorze-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0305RC22B11B4 by Rosemount and 30651 spares by Rice-Lake are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R91172636 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
