COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth PPC-R02.2 PSM01.1-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sankyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo such as the 67ZA030J5A8B00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 68BM092HXJ70 manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDX61B00115A3400 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Servax Brand CDD32004C21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as SFD212FG2YB07D07 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV212WU55N4 made by Schneider as well as the popular 9VT401088HTNN original spares produced by Rockwell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SFD212MG4YB07D07 by Schneider and SFD212FG2YB07D07 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFD212KG2WD07 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
