COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth PGH5-30/063RE11VU2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nikki-Denso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nikki-Denso such as the NPSA102MUGL2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTC1506A1R2C1 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NBR7094 by Manufacturer Weg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand MVD60A00405A3400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bradley such as P15330F equipment made by Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N23021F00AAPN193525 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular P56H7212N original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSK070C0450NNS2UP0RNNN by Bosch and P15330F spares by Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MR94766WJD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge-Tiger. |
