COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth NSFP(C10-GS1) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider-Electric such as the SH07060020000000001000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the REV2 manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R911290049 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand PC670870K10WUSB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ite such as PGR6314 equipment made by Ite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ite" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R590LDC00001 made by Eurotherm-Drives as well as the popular SRC2 original spares produced by Yamaha Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QLCDM024DCBAN by Moore-Products and PGR6314 spares by Ite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SBD2062101204A216006 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
