COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MKE098B-047-KP1-BUNN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC092B0QD2C095A2S018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDI3MRQ42B2 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD071CN060N2S095GB0 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MHD112C058PP0BN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Api such as MACM511EM80 equipment made by Api have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Api products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Api" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M321501 made by Fanuc as well as the popular MAC090C0KD3C110A0 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC90CDG04C110ADW1520S001 by Indramat and MACM511EM80 spares by Api are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI524LS05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
