COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MKD112C-058-GPO-AN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rockwell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rockwell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rockwell such as the 1394CSJT10TRLC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20G11ND052AA0NNNNNA manufactured by Rockwell and we are pleased to be able to service most Rockwell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SFD212CG2WD07 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Samsung Brand SI4018E5EXP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6SL31000BE312AB0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDS60A00405A340T made by Sew as well as the popular SS6200CHTR original spares produced by Saf Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PY1A100N0XXXC00MC1KU100V by Sankyo and 6SL31000BE312AB0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV212HD45N4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
