COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MKD025B-144-GG0-KN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sankyo-Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kawasaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo-Seiki such as the MF501NS302KNN04 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC90C1KD1B110A0DI1250S01 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MFA420FY0BS by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MAC112D0ED4C130A1WI520LVS005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as MCS09F38RS0P1B14NST5S00NR0SU equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC112D2HD2B130A0S05 made by Indramat as well as the popular MAC112D0HD3C130A0S05 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC112D0ED1B130A0I01250S005 by Indramat and MCS09F38RS0P1B14NST5S00NR0SU spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
