COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MHD71B-061-PG1-UN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rheem-Protech-Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rheem-Protech-Ge such as the 512367902 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051CG5A02A1AH2K5DF manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3051S1CD2A2B12F1AB4K5M5QPQ8T1 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rollon Brand DEF280450 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robicon such as 46367600 equipment made by Robicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AM25M made by Rfpp-Rf as well as the popular HD7013 original spares produced by Rfl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 460N15 by Robicon and 46367600 spares by Robicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1151LT5SA0F22DM40997 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
