COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MHD112C-024-PP3-AN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Riso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robo-Cylinlder parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ron-Frequency-Converter-For-Industry-Use-3g3jz-a40 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Riso such as the 01951000503 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCP2S71PM4300P1MWSP manufactured by Robo-Cylinlder and we are pleased to be able to service most Robo-Cylinlder systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3G3JZA40 by Manufacturer Ron-Frequency-Converter-For-Industry-Use-3g3jz-a40 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robotron Brand 3050 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rh such as SA5332000 equipment made by Rh have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rh products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rh" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VCH081 made by Rexroth as well as the popular 0068R21N00N035 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35479 by Roman-Manufacturing and SA5332000 spares by Rh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DLB20TC18 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robohand. |
