COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MHD112B-024-NP1-BN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hallmark-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the M7037 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MD0090XC manufactured by Hallmark-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Hallmark-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC2113ATZ by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC071C0JS2C095A0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ormec such as MACB010AK1A equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC063D made by Indramat as well as the popular MDD112CN030N2M130GB2 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M235YY0A3Y0YPW by Gettys and MACB010AK1A spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI538S05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
