COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MHD090B-058-PP1UN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rice-Lake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the VEP403CEN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 189158 manufactured by Rice-Lake and we are pleased to be able to service most Rice-Lake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 460H8502 by Manufacturer Robicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robo-Cylinder Brand RCP2RMAIPM4100P1SB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rose-Kreiger such as PLZII equipment made by Rose-Kreiger have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rose-Kreiger products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rose-Kreiger" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2109001C made by Rofin as well as the popular MSK050C0300NNM1U original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R185123210 by Rexroth and PLZII spares by Rose-Kreiger are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 43781I Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rockwell-Entek. |
