COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MHD090B-035-PG1-UN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ormec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC112D0HD4C130A0WI520LVS005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MACA110FK1A manufactured by Ormec and we are pleased to be able to service most Ormec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M6285A1005 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC93B0JS4C110A1WI522LX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cmc such as MH2620103PI equipment made by Cmc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cmc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cmc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC112C made by Indramat as well as the popular M235YY0A300SPD original spares produced by Gettys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC071C0GS4C095A0WI520LV by Rexroth and MH2620103PI spares by Cmc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC071C0JS2C095A0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
