COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MHD090B-035-PG0-UN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electrical-South parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Freescale-Semiconductor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the PDM20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PAC105 manufactured by Electrical-South and we are pleased to be able to service most Electrical-South systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MVME147023 by Manufacturer Freescale-Semiconductor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jardis Brand PCB0060CREVC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Actus-Power such as NPSA102MUE9 equipment made by Actus-Power have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Actus-Power products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Actus-Power" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSNAE5510701 made by Metasys as well as the popular MP371 original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OEM750 by Parker and NPSA102MUE9 spares by Actus-Power are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OregonMicroPCX6Das4R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Picmg. |
