COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MHD071B-061-NP0-UN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bautz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bautz such as the M406D00101000018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M6054T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC90A0RD4C130A0W152QS011 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Waukesha-Cherry-burrell Brand M38BP820803TW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as MDSKSBS05633 equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCS06I41RS0B0Z0C0ST5S00NR0SU made by Lenze as well as the popular MA0609000102D5 original spares produced by Mavilor-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC112D0HD4C130A0WI520LVS005 by Indramat and MDSKSBS05633 spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M3554T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
