COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MHD041A-144-PG0-UN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mavilor-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the M6004A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MA060900010BD5 manufactured by Mavilor-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Mavilor-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC093B0JS2C130B0S005 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC112A0VD3C130A0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as M605BB1B3 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC025C0QS3E040B0 made by Indramat as well as the popular MDD090CN040N2L110PB0 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M6054T by Baldor and M605BB1B3 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC090C0GD4C110A2WI520LVS018 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
