COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MDD115D-N-020-N2M-130PB2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gettys product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the M409CFL3B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC90B0ID4C110A0WI530S01 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M133H6CA300K by Manufacturer Gettys as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MAC090C0GD3C110A2S018 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Motor such as M01615 equipment made by Us-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M133G60A900F made by Gettys as well as the popular M314BA00102 original spares produced by Gettys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC101NS302ANN1B by Sankyo-Seiki and M01615 spares by Us-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC90C0GD3C110A0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
