COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130PB1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mavilor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the M203A21E1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LVE145TTDR4060AAP manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M030000220SERMSS by Manufacturer Mavilor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC114C0MD3F130A0S001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as M3600 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LZB54AR01511 made by Atlas-Copco as well as the popular M3665t5 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M432NYN0050Y3C by Elwood-Corporation and M3600 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC90A0ZD2C110A0S05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
