COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MAD160C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Alpha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elwood-Gettys product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha such as the LP070M0110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M113002800 manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M433JCN00203 by Manufacturer Elwood-Gettys as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand M2VA56B4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gettys such as M133H60A900F equipment made by Gettys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gettys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gettys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available l5009a made by Baldor as well as the popular MAC090C0GD2C130B1S003 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M1761T by Baldor and M133H60A900F spares by Gettys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M327T70AYY011U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aeg. |
