COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MAC090C-0-GD-3-C/110-A-2/S018 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the M14A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M3714T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M6284A1055S by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC090A0RD4C110A0W1520LVS001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gould such as M432NCNO7207 equipment made by Gould have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gould products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gould" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC063D0FS4C095B0WI517LV made by Indramat as well as the popular L97T0148 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LR36807 by Kingmotor and M432NCNO7207 spares by Gould are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M7037 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
