COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MAC090B-0-PD-4-C/110-B-0/WI520LV/S001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the MC712BN624A799651A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC093B0JS3C110A0S001 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NWRR850 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD112DN030N2M130PB1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as NCL361200 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDX60A00755A3400 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular MM336A original spares produced by Miyachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MKD112B024KPOBN by Rexroth and NCL361200 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NP8321A5V120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
