COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MAC071B-0-FS-3-C/095-B-1/S001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lincoln products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kooltronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lincoln such as the LM24089 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K55HXFEA1279 manufactured by Kooltronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Kooltronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L407E39EL7 by Manufacturer Sanyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand L97T0148 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intelligent-Motion-Systems such as M33424IOSStepperMotor equipment made by Intelligent-Motion-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intelligent-Motion-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intelligent-Motion-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M2VA80B4 made by Abb as well as the popular M6285A1005 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KP6BM2010 by Japan-Servo and M33424IOSStepperMotor spares by Intelligent-Motion-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JMWDM3546T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
