COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth KSM01.2B-061C-35N-M1-HP2-SE-NN-D7-NN-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phoenix-Contact products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phoenix-Contact such as the minips100240 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSC256BS5 manufactured by Mitac and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPFLX460X35A by Manufacturer Mts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prosoft Brand MVI56GSC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckwith-Electric such as M3425A equipment made by Beckwith-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckwith-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckwith-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MKD071B061KP1KN made by Rexroth as well as the popular LUT1410 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LU2B12FU by Telemecanique and M3425A spares by Beckwith-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MMPM10300C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
