COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth IndraDrive parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rs-Oemax products, including obsoleted and phased-out Roxburgh-Emc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sankyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rs-Oemax such as the NXPWR220NXPWR220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KMF370 manufactured by Roxburgh-Emc and we are pleased to be able to service most Roxburgh-Emc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 27BA030EXT30 by Manufacturer Sankyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand SFD212KG2YB07D07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as SFD212KG4YD07 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CHB3570 made by Sbc as well as the popular MDX61B00145A340T original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV31H055M2A055KW2 by Schneider and SFD212KG4YD07 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GTUCLCOL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robicon. |
