COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth HVR02.2-W025N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fisher-rosemount-Delta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the IS100ENIS220EN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KJ3242X1BA1 manufactured by Fisher-rosemount-Delta and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher-rosemount-Delta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHD090B035NP0UN by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fanuc Brand IC693PWR330F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tci-Trans such as IPC126PISAMOBL equipment made by Tci-Trans have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tci-Trans products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tci-Trans" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IS8400 made by Metrologic as well as the popular NT43 original spares produced by B--R Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCP0358RS by Westinghouse and IPC126PISAMOBL spares by Tci-Trans are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS540301 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
