COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth HNF01.1A-F240-E0051-A-480-NNNN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sankyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo such as the PY1A100N0XXXC00MC1KU100V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV71H037M3 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 751A51A3A1A0X810210 by Manufacturer Sel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saftronics Brand GP10E9ST34060B1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Saftronics such as 9090003 equipment made by Saftronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saftronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saftronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV71HU55N4 made by Schneider as well as the popular ATV61HD18N4 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV61H075M3 by Schneider and 9090003 spares by Saftronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BA050AXWTA09BF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo. |
