COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth HMS011NW0110A07N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ormec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bailey-Circuit parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ormec such as the ORN50CFEH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IMMFP04 manufactured by Bailey-Circuit and we are pleased to be able to service most Bailey-Circuit systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OSPP200M by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC11202HD4C130A0WI520LXS005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ibm such as IC647HWP620A equipment made by Ibm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ibm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ibm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPLB540KSJ22AA made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular NFG3B250L original spares produced by Ite Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KeypadRS232 by Allen-bradley and IC647HWP620A spares by Ibm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPR51A03750300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive. |
