COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth HDS05.2-W300N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sankyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the MC07B00035A3400FSC11B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCF40A00755A3400 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PY2E015A3MH1P00 by Manufacturer Sankyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand ATV312HU75N4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as MDX61B0008503450 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV212HD15N4 made by Schneider as well as the popular CSDJ01BX2CSDJ01BX2 original spares produced by Samsung Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 22CB075A103A by Rockwell and MDX61B0008503450 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDX61B01105A340T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
