COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth HDS04-2-W200N-HS32-01-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Glentek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 North-American product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the H21663 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GM23451502001810032 manufactured by Glentek and we are pleased to be able to service most Glentek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F145T15S4CMO by Manufacturer North-American as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand H4075RH00AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dietz such as FDR7 equipment made by Dietz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dietz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dietz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GFBG025F1N made by Brother as well as the popular GLP3332 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GL13238WDL2B by F.-Gehrig and FDR7 spares by Dietz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HAFF13G1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
