COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth HCS02.1E-W070-A-03-NNNN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robohand products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robohand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robertshaw product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robohand such as the RCW1004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RPW75M1 manufactured by Robohand and we are pleased to be able to service most Robohand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSCUCPO by Manufacturer Robertshaw as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand R15127012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rfl-Electronics such as 67A equipment made by Rfl-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rfl-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rfl-Electronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RD5114N003PNNFW made by Rexroth as well as the popular DEK original spares produced by Rockwell-House Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSK040B0600NNM1UG0 by Rexroth and 67A spares by Rfl-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H99003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rofin. |
