COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth GTE080-NN1-004A-NN03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rhp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the R87 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7016CTDUMP4 manufactured by Rhp and we are pleased to be able to service most Rhp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RF32DT71C4BMG05HR by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sier-bath Brand 37288 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ruland such as Model626 equipment made by Ruland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ruland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ruland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ERS400FMF made by Shinko as well as the popular 190518501 original spares produced by Schrader-Bellows Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DF24BDT90S4 by Sew and Model626 spares by Ruland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4018192021 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
