COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth FD784 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robotech such as the ARCT4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R1510477 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1056 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robo-Cylinder Brand RCP2RA6CI56PP1N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rorze such as RD323M10 equipment made by Rorze have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Q4318DBH made by Robotic-Accessories as well as the popular 888973 original spares produced by Rockford-Ball-Screw

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HCS031EW0210A05 by Rexroth and RD323M10 spares by Rorze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RR25180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robohand.
