COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth FD:581 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Roland product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 0078D25C30C040T22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A1A36366200 manufactured by Robicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Robicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S000373 by Manufacturer Roland as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand FD784 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robotech such as ARCT4 equipment made by Robotech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robotech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robotech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RR3690 made by Robohand as well as the popular DBN2870 original spares produced by Rollon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HLB011C01K0N06R0 by Rexroth and ARCT4 spares by Robotech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R165131420 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth.
