COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth DMA-85B-1101-D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-craft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dukane product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the DX23022A3F1S13NSS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F6100RH00AA manufactured by Electro-craft and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-craft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSS2503 by Manufacturer Dukane as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iq-Automation Brand FK150SDRFDCSG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as DS200SLCCG1AEF equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F350C12EF350C12E made by Omron as well as the popular ET080B04PA000N00FMDH0275A original spares produced by Cylinder-Division Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3815PCBA1C1A by Ge and DS200SLCCG1AEF spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DXM6300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
