COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth DKC10.3-018-3-MGP-01VRS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the EPC1900TN2702GB40SSW7UWWB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E4809045039G manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DRT1ID16TDRT16DRT1ID16 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS200TCQAG1BPR1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as ED63A010 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DV10CRT2 made by Dolch as well as the popular FC2AC16A1 original spares produced by Idec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EMT806R6 by Itd and ED63A010 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS200PCCAG10ACB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
