COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth DKC10.3-008-3-MGP-01VRS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rohtek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Riko-Varitap product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R17524020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT8150XE manufactured by Rohtek and we are pleased to be able to service most Rohtek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VTCP by Manufacturer Riko-Varitap as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robicon Brand 460F6006H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rose-Buttenfeld such as BA150 equipment made by Rose-Buttenfeld have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rose-Buttenfeld products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rose-Buttenfeld" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC72C made by Robotics as well as the popular RCS3PSA8RI1502050T2SMLS original spares produced by Robo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MHD093B058PP1BN by Rexroth and BA150 spares by Rose-Buttenfeld are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RCPCRMAI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robo-Cylinder. |
