COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth DKC03.3-040-7-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Seco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sbc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schunk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Seco such as the VCD75 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHB2550SE manufactured by Sbc and we are pleased to be able to service most Sbc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PUG100 by Manufacturer Schunk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rockwell Brand 20BD022A3AYNANC0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sankyo such as SN0701030436D equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV71HD45N4Z made by Schneider as well as the popular ATV312HU55N4 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2098DSD020DNC by Rockwell and SN0701030436D spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFD212KG2YB07D07 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
